I don't use Visualisations or watch videos with Winamp and since I finished setting up the skin, there is nothing useful available that i would want to take up that screen space. There is just nothing there what i would want to be open all the time. So by lower left area i mean literally everything that is left of the playlist and below the 'controls'. I use the 'big playlist on the right' version and i have hidden the playlist button from the menu.
